About us

Formed in 1993 in Hong Kong before relocating to the UK in 1995, Edgecumbe is a growing business psychology based HR consultancy.

This short video describes our approach to working with leadership teams and the impact it has had on two client teams.

We tend to work with Senior Executives at or near the top of client organisations. We regularly work across Europe, the USA and Asia. We have a small core team of outstanding consultants and carefully selected associates, all of whom work with us on a regular basis. The team includes occupational, organisational and clinical psychologists, learning and development professionals and researchers.

All our work is driven by an unwavering dedication to make a positive difference and is characterised by:
