The Primary Colours® Model of Leadership has been used successfully with senior managers and executives from over 1,000 organisations world-wide and has been adopted by global organisations as their own internal model, enabling leaders at all levels to understand the specific leadership tasks required to help their teams succeed. As the popularity of the Primary Colours® Model of Leadership continues to grow, we want to ensure it is fully accessible for all assessment and development-based professionals to use. To facilitate this, we provide specific training and accreditation courses for independent consultants, consultancy organisations, and HR and L&D professionals.
Completion of this course will lead to the award of accredited user status of the Primary Colours® Leadership Assessment Toolkit using the NEO-PI-R. You will also be given access to our online member’s portal, which features presentation slides and marketing materials for the purposes of developing your own client assignments, a resource library, member forums, and support from Primary Colours® psychologists.
Depending on your level of qualification and experience, you may attend one or both days of this training.
This course can be run in-house for organisations wanting to train a group of individuals and can be tailored to the participants’ level of qualification.
