HUCAMA Factors provides a comprehensive assessment solution for the prediction and development of potential and performance in the workplace, enabling you to make more informed talent decisions. It provides an integrated and scalable assessment solution for entry-level, mid-level and top-level applications across the employee life cycle. 

This one-day training course leads to accredited user status of the full suite of HUCAMA assessment tools across all levels of your company to assess ’Personality Factors’, ‘Ability Factors’ and ’Competency Factors’, and support your people assessment and development processes.  

For those not already trained in use of the psychometrics (e.g. Test User Occupational Ability/Personality), we recommend attending the Primary Colours® Leadership Accreditation (using HUCAMA) in advance of this course.

Our highly interactive and practical training is popular with executive coaches, consultants, HR and L&D professionals and equips you to become fully self-sufficient at conducting your own leadership assessments. Based on the Primary Colours® Model of Leadership (the proven leadership model we use in our teaching at Oxford University’s Saïd and Henley Business Schools), this toolkit represents the state of the art in leadership/management assessment and development. The assessments equip you to objectively identify leadership potential, strengths and development areas and inform key talent management decisions.

We provide two routes to applying our Primary Colours® model when working in leadership assessment and development, depending on which personality instrument and report you prefer to use – the NEO-PI-R or HUCAMA Personality Factors. Both routes provide you with access to a robust and comprehensive personality profiling tool to use when working with leaders, so we recommend viewing the sample reports for NEO-PI-R and HUCAMA Personality Factors and talking to us if you have any questions.

Become accredited to use our Primary Colours® Toolkit for leadership assessment, structured according to our proprietary model of leadership and harnessing the predictive power of the cutting-edge HUCAMA Personality Factors Assessment. This provides a detailed insight into the overall leadership domains, a breakdown of each leadership function, and highlights the key leadership strengths and development areas and the risks of overusing or underusing particular behaviours.  

This toolkit comprises a leadership personality report using the highly comprehensive HUCAMA Personality Factors (PF48), a 360-degree feedback tool and an innovative report which brings these results together into a Leadership Strengths Matrix report.

This one or two-day course (depending on whether you are already accredited in the NEO) equips you to use our full Primary Colours® Toolkit for leadership assessment (based on our proprietary model of leadership) and includes a leadership report as an output from completing the NEO personality assessment (the ‘gold standard’). Known for its effectiveness, consistency and versatility, the NEO can be relied upon for accurate personality assessment against our Primary Colours® Model of Leadership.  

This toolkit comprises a leadership personality report using the NEO, a 360-degree feedback tool and an innovative report which brings these results together into a Leadership Strengths Matrix report.  

For those not already trained in use of the NEO, we provide a preliminary one-day NEO Personality Inventory workshop in advance of the Primary Colours® using NEO day.
