We run open and in-house courses for independent consultants, HR, talent and L&D practitioners to become accredited in the Primary Colours® Leadership Assessment Toolkit, allowing your organisation to identify and develop your own high performing leaders.

We also provide accreditation training in HUCAMA Factors, the next generation in people assessment tools, providing you with a full toolkit to support smarter talent decision making across the employee life cycle.

Primary Colours® Toolkit training

Senior managers and executives from over 1,000 organisations world-wide have already experienced the benefits of the Primary Colours® model of leadership. With many businesses adopting it as their own internal model, leaders at all levels are able to understand the specific leadership tasks required of them and their teams to help them succeed. As the popularity of the Primary Colours® model continues to grow, we want to ensure it is fully accessible for all assessment and development-based professionals to use, so provide specific training and accreditation courses for independent consultants, consultancy organisations, and HR & L&D professionals.

We provide two routes to applying the Primary Colours® based on which instrument and report you prefer to use – The NEO-PI-R or HUCAMA Personality Factors. Both routes provide you with access to a comprehensive personality profiling tool to use when working with leaders, so we recommend viewing the sample reports for NEO-PI-R and HUCAMA Personality Factors and talking to us if you have any questions.

Assessment of leaders: Primary Colours® Toolkit accreditation options

Primary Colours® Toolkit (using the NEO Personality Inventory)

Day 1* (NEO Personality Inventory): An intensive and interactive one-day workshop designed to enable practitioners to use the NEO Personality Inventory, internationally recognised as the gold standard in personality measurement.

*This day is only required if you are not already trained in the use of NEO.

Day 2 (Application of NEO within leadership development using the Primary Colours® Leadership Assessment Toolkit): Qualify for accredited user status of the Primary Colours® Leadership Assessment Toolkit (including the NEO Primary Colours® Leadership Report, Primary Colours® Leadership 360 and the Leadership Strengths Matrix).

Primary Colours® Toolkit (using HUCAMA Personality Factors)

An engaging and interactive one-day workshop that equips practitioners to use the Primary Colours® Leadership Report using HUCAMA Personality Factors questionnaire. This workshop provides accredited user status of the Primary Colours® Leadership Assessment Toolkit (including the Primary Colours® Leadership Report (PF48), Primary Colours® Leadership 360 and the Leadership Strengths Matrix).

Our one day training workshop accredits you to use the full suite of HUCAMA Factors covering personality, ability and competency tools to be used to support your people assessment and development processes.

HUCAMA Factors provides a comprehensive assessment solution for the prediction and development of potential and performance in the workplace enabling you to make more informed talent decisions. It builds on the last 40 years of research on personality and behavioural prediction, including the academically leading Big 5 and the Great 8 Competencies.

HUCAMA Factors provides integrated and scalable assessment solutions for entry-level, mid-level and top-level applications across the employee life cycle. The toolkit covers:

  • Personality Factors – assessments that measure dispositional traits covering between 16 to 48 facets of personality.
  • Ability Factors – bias-free assessments that measure general reasoning ability and specific components.
  • Competency Factors – assessments that measure performance at work which are aligned to the personality facets so you can compare potential with performance.

Day 1 of this training is designed only for those not already accredited in the use of the NEO-PI-R.
If you are already NEO-PI-R accredited, you will only have to attend Day 2.
