Senior managers and executives from over 1,000 organisations world-wide have already experienced the benefits of the Primary Colours® Model of Leadership. With many businesses adopting it as their own internal model, leaders at all levels are able to understand the specific leadership tasks required of them and their teams to help them succeed. As the popularity of the Primary Colours® Model of Leadership continues to grow, we want to ensure it is fully accessible for all assessment and development-based professionals to use. To facilitate this, we provide specific training and accreditation courses for independent consultants, consultancy organisations, and HR and L&D professionals.
Completion of this one-day course will lead to the award of accredited user status of the Primary Colours® Leadership Assessment Toolkit using the HUCAMA Personality Factors. This includes the Primary Colours® Leadership Report (PF48) which provides a comprehensive assessment of the core functions leaders need to fulfil and identifies strengths and over-use implications, areas of limited impact and under-use implications.
Following completion of the training you will also be given access to our online member’s portal, which features useful resources designed by our Primary Colours® psychologists to support you in your use of these tools.
